Shipping Policy

Items offered on our website are available for delivery worldwide. All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. All orders are subjected to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and a refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery time are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practice, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.

Return Policy

Y2U DESIGN offer free returns or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit, a different product or a refund to the original payment method. If 30 days or more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange. To return your product for refund, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please allow for a period of up to 14 days for us to process the refund.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

·        Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
·        Returned items must be returned in original packaging and must be in its original condition.
·        Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
